Log Message:
Add an 'extended' data header to the file.  Stores info that was missing in
the normal headers, like audio sample rate and encode quality.  All previous
files are still supported, and new files _should_ be able to still be played 
with 0.5.

Plug a small space where the audiotime in the player could be totally wrong
after a seek.
