Log Message:
Some support for coloring the epg -- change the setting in theme.txt, and it'll
parse the theme's 'qtlook.txt'.  Only changes colors in the epg grid itself, 
for now.  Also colors grid elements based on category color.  Based off of a 
patch by Simon Rademacher.
