v1.063, 2003-01-06.  More modifications from Cedar on RH8.0.  Slight tweak
on debugging instructions.  Slight change to CPU requirements.  Added Suse
8.1 to distros with buggy libexpat.  Added DMA requirement in Hardware
Prerequisites.  Changed to single HTML file vs 17 seperate HTML subfiles.

Added another example configfile for lircrc.

Switched to a single HTML file for the documentation.  txt file was
monolithic, as is the SGML file, so breaking up HTML wasn't gaining
anything.
