v2.50, 2003-06-18.  Updated MythGallery docs to fix itemize tag and added
image rotation keys.  Add updated .fvwmrc example.  Added RH9.0
stuff from Cedar, Matt and Jarod.  Reorg of some sections.  Added "PVR-250"
to the "I'd like to use a hardware MPEG-2 encoder" title.
v2.51, 2003-07-02.  Fixed MDZ's mplayer patch name and MPlayer version. 
Bruce Markey's addition for updating the database.  Bumped version numbers to
v0.10.
