Log Message:
v2.53, 2003-07-13.  Add link to searchable archive right near the top. 
Added "Channels off by one".  Added a little more details about the "error"
in the ivtv make.  Moved/added keys.txt to more prominent positions in the
HOWTO. Added note that you don't need to transcode .nuv files if they're
made by a PVR-250/350.  Added example for LVM/ext2 and ext3.  Added note to
not run XMLTV 0.5.15 if you're not running CVS.
