Log Message:

Turned off automatic loading of commercial break list into cutlist when
entering edit mode and cutlist did not exist.  Added 'Z' key in edit mode
to load the commercial break list into the cutlist.  Added 'C' key in edit
mode to clear all cut points in the current cutlist.
