Log Message:

Commercial flagging potential bugfix.  Add option to mythcommflag to allow
user to run w/o nice-ing process.  Changed playbackbox code that was
causing highlighting to jump down 2 places when deleting a video instead
of just highlighting the video immediately after the deleted one.
