Log Message:


Add a %RECSTATUS% keyword to ProgramInfo::ToMap which fills in program
	information for use in OSD and themes.  The new keyword will be
	replaced with a word description of the new recording status of a
	program such as "Previously Recorded", "Other Showing", etc..

Took out a few unused variables generating warnings during compilation.
