Video filter options / denoise3d filter from mplayer patches by Andrew Mahone.
Menu changes (different text types for the active button, customizeable number
of buttons on screen), patches by Simon Kenyon.
Xv picture attributes patch by Ben Levitt.
pchdtv support fixes/enhancements, patch by Doug Larrick.
Enlarge the defaultosd status area, make up/down act as page up/page down only
in playback mode, patches by Andrew Bishop.


NOTE:  You will probably need to run 'make distclean' or at least 'qmake' in the
libs/libmythtv/ dir to catch the changes to the OSD classes properly.
