mythcommflag
  - add --file command line option

mythbackend
  - make --printsched retrieve schedule from master backend if it is running.
  - suppress "Missing: X in tvList" messages when list is empty (ie, when
    --printsched can not connect to master backend).

mythfrontend
  - eliminate qdir warnings in globalsettings when /dev/sound directory
    does not exist.
