Log Message:
Route repeat, airdate and stars info up so it can be shown in the OSD.

Allow for different levels of repositioning from ffwd / rev.  Currently no UI to select which level you use so folks will get the normal method.  Changing "TVRepositionLevel" will adjust the amount of movment when stopping ffwd / rew.
Current levels are:
1 - Less adjustment overall, no adjustment on the low end
2 - Less adjustment overall
3 - More adjustment (this is the default)
