v0.14.03, 2004-02-22.  Comment out the largefile4 stuff; tests by William
Powers shows that it's really slow with deletes.  Move the Debian build-req
stuff up into the software pre-requisites section.  Edit some stuff, start
standardizing on Master / Slave terminology throughout.  Standardize on
"MySQL" when referring to the product.  Add a section about the mailing
lists to maybe make it standout some more.  Add Larry Matter's mythgallery
contribution.  Add Jerry Rubinow's HDTV contribution.  HDTV people:  check
on it and let me know if the CPU statement is correct.  Other edits
throughout.  Vishnu Natchu's removing unwanted channels update.
