Updates for the override dialog screen, mostly to prevent pushing buttons
off the bottom when there is a long list of shows that will be recorded
instead. Tidy up these lists and use the TimeFormat setting.

Allow the "Don't record" button for showings that match FindOne. Do not
offer the "Never record" button if the dupmethod is "None".
