Log Message:
provide initial basis for more informative sortby titles - one routine to display, so we can get an arrow image, etc.
rename a couple of language keywords to better suit their function.
add bold/italic styles to the main css file.  Currently used only by sort titles (which may eventually stop using them), but they could be useful elsewhere, too.
add some channum display info to go along with station names.
