Log Message:
The remaining optimization of the new scheduler algorithms.

Create lists for each tuner card and program title during scheduling
so MarkOtherShowings, TryAnotherShowing and FindNextConflict don't
have scan the entire recording list.

Also, cleanup the --printsched and -v schedule logic a little.
