Gregorio Gervasio's 'Closed Caption fixes' patch.
Some patches from Kenneth Aafloy: sequence header sanity checks, lock the
dialog that tells you there was a problem opening the audio device properly,
handle EINTR & EAGAIN properly in dvb, and read dvb cam dialogs and 
automatically accept them.
