Log Message:
Initial cut at allowing inactive recordings to be reativated.  This
can be used for things like restarting a program that was stopped or
deleted in progress or starting a program after correcting a low disk
space or tuner busy condition.

Don't delete the record entry for kSingleRecord and kFindOneRecord if
the program was stopped prematurely.
