Log Message:
Changed ConfigurationDialog::exec() to optionally not (re)load
automatically.  It's hard to force changes in ScheduledRecording if
the changed values are always overwritten with the original ones.

Changed ScheduledRecording to reset the time and channel information
from the ProgramInfo used to edit it.

Changed ScheduledRecording to better support search rules.

Incorporated other feedback from bjm.
