Log Message:
Patch from Mark Spieth to fix the crappy asm in libsoundtouch.
Patch from DTK to fix some issues with the mpegts decoder (change.mpg test clip).
Reinit video + osd in the proper order on a res change - should fix transitions from crashing when the deinterlacer is used.
Couple warnings fixes.
