Log Message:
- added aspect ratio support for ffmpeg-based conversions
- video will now be letter/pillarboxed to maintain the source aspect-ratio
- aspect ratio is now shown in the show selection screen
- when prompted for resolution, if not multiple of 16, the chosen resolution
  is rounded and is used as a default for the reprompt
- removed the -*_mask options from ASF as they seriously break the output
- moved the -qmax, -minrate, -maxrate, -bt into the VBR if for single-pass
  encodings, added a -bufsize 65535
