Log:

Fix bogus original air dates. If the original air date is not
provided in the listings, that doesn't mean that the start time of
the showing is the first time it ever aired. Check the hasAirDate
flag in a few more places before displaying a bogus date. Set the
default date to 1/1/1900 to make a bogus date more obvious should
they appear.
