Log Message:
Include the RecStatusText for rsInactive on the Set Priorities page to
reinforce the meaning of the grayed out text (dormant may also be grayed
out in the future). Moved the inactive option to the botton of the
Scheduling Options so that Priority is still has the initial focus.
Changed the English RecStatusChar for rsInactive. Neither "I" nor "i"
look right compared to card number "1" so I changed it to "x" for
'crossed out' until someone objects for comes up with a better idea.
