Log Message:
Cleanup DB usage (prepare/bindvalue).  Convert to using utf8 in the db for all strings.
Rename PlaybackBox -> PlaybackBoxMusic.
Set the audio output to non-blocking mode - maybe fix Curtis Stanford and Andy McMullan's hangs?

Note: This'll probably break mfd/mfe until they can be switched to use utf8.
