 I was using the MythTVMediaCenter theme. After an upgrade, the theme is
 not present. Start mythfrontend, theme is set to the default (G.A.N.T.?).
 Go to the appearance menu, and get segfault. The last log message is
 "QComboBox::setCurrentItem: (unnamed) Index 5 out of range"
