Log:

"Tj" a.k.a. htpc at treblid.dyndns.org noticed that we don't
properly delete the recorder on a couple error conditions
in TVRec.

This commit fixes that and adds a DeleteRecorder() method 
to do it consistently everywhere we need to delete the 
recorder.
