Log:

Big UI update from Micah.  This is looking a LOT more polished.

Contexts are sorted alphabetically (except "Jumppoints" and "Global",
they are at the top). This is a little more intuative than the when
unsorted

Warning dialog against non-fatal conflicts

This closes #98
