 This corrects a few small bugs with subtitle decoding:

 1. Subtitle pages with odd widths would get corrupted in RGB->YUV
 conversion
 2. Pressing escape while a subtitle was showing would cause the subtitle
 to be cleared, and the escape would not be processed properly
 3. DVB subtitles were not being cleared properly (this part of the patch
 I'll submit to ffmpeg also).
