Log:

Changes siscan to use ChannelUtils::CreateMultiplex() methods instead
of creating multiplexes itself. This has been tested with 8-VSB and
OFDM, more testing is welcome. Please send me a dump of a dtv_multiplex
table created by SIScan before and after this commit with any bug report.

This, also cleans up some of the scanning messages.
