Log Message:
Remove VerifyXXX functions (Only PAT and PMT were called anyway) since discarding
section syntax packets a few days ago has stoped these functions serving any purpose.

Added modulation check in ParseVCT to exclude Analog channels.  This keeps them from being
added into the database.  Previous check for minor_channel_version == 0 was incorrect and
was removed a few days ago.
