Made xvmc_vld default to no even with a c3 or c3-2 processor. It seems to
still be causing problems for people. So unless someone sends me a patch
that detects the presence of VLD hardware I'm leaving it off unless the
--enable-xvmc-vld is passed to the script. -- dtk
