 Applies John Pullan's patch for improving the VideoSource UI with respect
 to EIT scanning.

 The patch also gets rid of the configuration for the old UK grabber,
 "tv_grab_uk". We've supported the replacement "tv_grab_uk_rt" for some
 time...
