 I'm 100% sure the scheduler is causing the problems.  Upon
 marking 9 channels that dvb scan found as not visable via mythweb, I've
 gone over 24 hours, including recording 3 shows at the same time, with 5
 total
 IOBOUND/blocking messages (Prior this was several hundred to thousands).
 I had
 5 channels in my listing that were USDTV channels, and normally encrypted.
 2 others were simulcast but SD versions, and the other two were channels
 that
 went off.  The 5 USDTV and 2 off air channels did not have any guide
 information.

 Over the next few weeks I'll play with enabling various channels to see if
 I can
 narrow the problem down to specifics.
