 I've attached a couple of backend logs with verbose msgs: important
 general record channel siparser.

 In the first one (mythbackend.log.gz), I'm starting the backend up during
 a show that is scheduled to record. It starts the recording, then falls
 over.

 In the second one, it's basically the same thing, though it seems to take
 a little longer to die. Contrary to what I said in the OP, this is channel
 10, so it's not just 7.
