Log:

Change the scheduler to send out a 'SHUTDOWN_NOW' event just 
before shutting down. Frontend only machines which are also
running mythwelcome will shortly be able to receive these events
and optionally shut themselves down.

Change mythfrontend to use gContext->IsFrontendOnly() to determine
if it is running on a frontend only machine.
