Log:

Add a null pointer check for a ringbuffer call.

This should avoid a SEGFAULT if there is a 
kFlagKillRingBuffer request without there being
a ringbuffer. This shouldn't happen, but seems
to be a problem for Adam Egger. It could be this
just happened because he tuned to one of his
wacky nameless channels.
