 I am not sure whether this has been fixed in svn, I'm using good ol'
 0.18.1.

 Well, mythgallery has its menu visible all the time, stealing lot of
 precious space from the thumbnails and folders. It would be better (I
 think at least) to hide it and just bring it forth when the user presses
 the menu key.
