 The exception has been thrown as a result of what appears to be incorrect
 MHEG.  The parser has detected an error and thrown an exception to bail
 out.  I can't see this at the moment on Channel 4 so I can't be sure
 whether it really is wrong.  Either way, I would have expected throwing an
 exception to work.
