 For me it seems to have fixed it by upgrading the sound firmware to the
 HcwMakoC.ROM from the prerelease driver available at
 ftp://ftp.shspvr.com/download/wintv-pvr_150-500/prerelease/
 The actual firmware seems to be exactly the same, only the sound one is
 different (it also contains a HcwMakoB.ROM, but this one is exactly the
 same as the recommended one)
 Can you confirm this works for you?
