 I recently tried to add in a few new encoding formats into
 /mythplugins/mytharchive/mythburn/encoder_profiles/ffmpeg_dvd_ntsc.xml but
 they never did actually show up in the gui.  After some digging, I
 discovered that the mytharchive code is not honoring the video format,
 instead always just using the _pal.xml file.

 There are about a billion and one ways to fix the problem.  One of them is
 attached.
