 I've the german paytv Premiere, and the usual receiver groups channels
 together, so you can select i.e. "Soccer" and "Baseball" from "Sport
 Portal". In MythTV, "Soccer" and "Baseball" are standalone-channels. The
 intension is, that the sport-channels mix up with the "Direkt"-channels
 i.e. when Formula 1 (6 different channels for formula 1 then). The box
 detects it itself,so it should be possible to implent it into mythtv. I
 can provide futurer data if needed (i.e. dumps or smt else)
