Log:

Add menu option to test play a created DVD.

There's a new setting to tell MythArchive what command to use to
play the DVD. 'Internal' will use the internal MythTV player (default)
or you could use xine by using a command something like this :-
'xine -pfhq --no-splash dvd:/%f'. The %f will be replaced with the path
to the created dvd structure in MythArchive's work directory.
