Comment:

 The sound will always go out the PVR 350 card.  That's the only way it
 works.  The PVR350InternalAudioOnly option is only there to tell Myth the
 audio is run back into the line-in on the sound card using an external
 cable.  In those cases, Myth can still control the volume by adjusting the
 mixer settings.
