Comment:

 (In [9191]) Add keybindings for the STRETCHINC and STRETCHDEC actions to
 allow increasing
 and decreasing the timestetch value.  These are not bound to keys, so if
 people want to use this feature, they'll have to find some free keys and
 bind
 them using mythcontrols or mythweb.  Closes #1367 using David Asher's
 patch.
