 [9124] caused mythweb to disregard the "Deactivated" display setting on
 the upcomming recordings page.  No matter the setting, deactivated shows
 are always shown.

 Reverting to [9122] fixes the problem for me.

 I'm using the release-0-19-fixes branch.
