Log:

* Simplify the code a bit. Shouldn't change any functionality except some minor changes in the debug output.
* Always grab new data if we're using tv_grab_se_swedb since it has internal cache routines.
* Don't use --offset with the _fi grabber, especially since this caused it to grab yesterdays data.
