Comment:

 (In [8506]) Allow mc.sql to be processed more than once without error by
 changing the
 command to only create the mythconverg database if it does not exist
 already.
 Closes #938 by applying part of the patch.  Not committing the
 hints/comments
 included in the patch since the method for allowing remote access to the
 database is covered in the MythTV HOWTO and other places.
