Log:

Fixes several corner cases in mpeg2transcode:
1) Fixes a deadlock condition caused by trying to insert a frame during a corrupt section
2) Fixes a 'No more queue slots' message caused by a backwards PTS which moved the current PTS before the cutpoint start time
3) Fixes an A/V sync issue due to poor choice of the correction amount
