Log:

This changes the default for the CC 608 menu when streams are not autodetected. CC-2 becomes CC-3

After using the updated track stuff for a with PVR-250 streams I realized that CC-2 is almost never used, while CC-3 is quite popular.

The reason is that the bandwidth of CC-2 is shared with CC-1, while CC-3 bandwidth is shared with the never used CC-4.
