Log:

Since the "delete all capture cards" in mythtv-setup actually deletes ALL
capture cards and not just the ones local to the backend that mythtv-setup
is being run on, this patch adds a new "delete all capture cards on this
host" menu item since more than likely that's what the user actually wants
to do, not delete all cards for all backends.  The old menu item is still
present if someone does actually want to delete all cards on all backends.
