Comment:

 Mark, this patch does not want to apply at all to current SVN.

 Can you update this to work with SVN and add it to #1552, I believe your
 patch implements portions 5 & 6 of Marcus Metzler's DVB tuning suggestions
 and should help greatly with DVB-S tuning in MythTV.

 BTW If you use MythTimer rather than QTime you don't need to worry about
 the 24 hour wrap around in QTime.
